On this home, in addition to lifting the home and adding to the north, we removed the upper floor behind the existing façade. This allowed us to redesign the upper floor providing more usable space with improved headroom. Much like the aforementioned Duval project, much effort went into retaining the heritage character and feel of the original 1923 structure.
